This is a solid stainless steel cube. It is a paperweight that used to be the property of Professor Hans Eysenck, a man whose outlook on life I do not share. In the mid-1980s I worked at the Institute of Psychiatry, at the time Eysenck was retiring, so we barely crossed swords (he wasn't much interested in debate anyway). A friend of mine at the Institute, Nona Hemsley, has seen the cube on Eysenck's desk several years before, and he had given it to her as a present. She in turn gave it to me, in around 1983. It's lived on my desk ever since. For the Marvel comic fans out there, it is about the same size as the Cosmic Cube, but slightly less powerful.
